<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of easily adjusting light distribution. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture is provided with six light emitting units (not shown in Fig.), a circuit board which is formed in a circular plate shape and moreover on which the six light emitting units are mounted on one surface side in a thickness direction, a fitting member 5 which is arranged to oppose the circuit board on the one surface side of the circuit board and moreover which controls light distribution of light emitted from each of the six light emitting units and which is provided with six fitting holes (fitting parts) 5a to which 6 lenses (an optical member) 4 are fitted, and a fixture body 100 for holding the circuit board and the fitting member 5 to which the lenses 4 are fitted.
