<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unfermented malt beverage having beer taste with reduced unpleasant wort flavor, and to provide a method for producing the beverage. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the method for producing the unfermented beer taste malt beverage including the step of bringing wort into contact with an adsorbent, and thereby reducing the unpleasant wort flavor.
