METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ANTI-CORROSION AEROSOL CONTAINER, ANTI-CORROSION AEROSOL CONTAINER AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING ANTI-CORROSION AEROSOL CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent quality deterioration caused by the occurrence of wrinkles and the occurrence of cracks or the like without deforming an inner bag when inserting the inner bag in a method of manufacturing an anti-corrosion aerosol container which has the high degree of adhesion between the inner bag and a metallic container and in which propellant is not present between the metallic container and the inner bag.

SOLUTION: The container is composed of the metallic container 1 which includes a drum section, a neck section and/or shoulder sections the diameter of which is contracted than the drum section and the inner bag 2 which is inserted into the drum section and the inner bag 2 made of a synthetic resin is inserted into a blind cylindrical container 1z which comprises the drum section and a bottom section with an insertion rod which is moved back and forth automatically toward the inside of the container. After that, the opening part of the container 1z is drawn in accordance with the outside diameter of the opening part of the inner bag 2 by applying necking process to the opening part of the container 1z with a drawing metal mold 4, the neck section or the shoulder sections are formed.
