PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end mill made of a cemented carbide, which has long service life and is mainly used for processes such as machining, grooving, and step milling of a tooling having three dimensional shape, in which a peripheral cutting blade and a corner R blade continuing to the peripheral cutting blade are required to perform cutting work in association with each other, and restrains chattering vibration and chipping of the tool even when a rotation speed is high. SOLUTION: When a corrugated peripheral cutting blade or a nicked peripheral cutting blade is used as a reference shape peripheral cutting blade, an amount of deviation of a phase of at least one corrugated outer peripheral cutting blade or the nicked outer peripheral cutting blade in an axial direction of a tool, falls within a width of 5% or less of a wave pitch or a nick pitch, excluding 0%, from the respective phases of the reference shape peripheral cutting blade arranged in order at an equal interval by a value obtained by dividing the wave pitch or the nick pitch by a number of blades. The corner R blade has nicks, wherein a flank face in an axial center side of the nick is flanked toward the axial center side, and a flank face in an outer peripheral side of the nick is flanked toward the outer peripheral side.
