PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaker which can reduce cost by reducing material for a fixed contactor and can reduce a size. SOLUTION: The fixed contactor 4 has a terminal part 4c to be connected to an external conductor, a first conductor part 4b having a fixed contact 3, and a second conductor part 4a for connecting the terminal part 4c and the first conductor part 4b. The second conductor part 4a is formed of an annular body connected to the terminal part 4c, and is formed by folding an end part from the terminal part 4c to a fixed contact 3 side upward wherein a separating direction from the fixed contact 3 is an upper direction. The first conductor part 4b is connected to an inside of the annular body of the second conductor part 4a and is formed as a projection part projecting to a terminal part 4c side. The fixed contact 3 is arranged on an upper surface of the projection part. The first conductor part 4b includes an insulation object 8 which is formed in a lower position when a direction of a height position separating from the fixed contact 3 with reference to a height position of the terminal part 4c is an upper direction, and which covers a part of the second conductor part 4a viewed over from a surface of a movable contact 3 when the movable contact 3 is in an open state.
