PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring and control system, capable of executing control of a load so as to be suitable to a user while reducing the burden in operation of the user. SOLUTION: Upon reading a user's ID from a tag 300 (S11, S21), a touch switch 100 determines a load corresponding to the read ID and its controlled contents (S22). Then, the touch switch transmits signals including the determined load and its controlled contents to relay devices 80a-80d.
