PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch die with which an attachable, detachable and changeable punch tip is fixed rigidly and its locking is surely performed without forgetting it. SOLUTION: In the punch die which is provided with the punch tip 39 attachably and detachably to/from a punch driver 41 which is fit into a punch guide 35 freely vertically movably, the punch driver 41 is divided into an upper punch driver 43U which is provided with a punch head fixing part 47 in the upper part and a cylindrical lower punch driver 43L in which the punch tip 39 is internally provided detachably, the upper punch driver 43U is provided by being screwed in the upper part of a screw member 55 which is screwed in the lower punch driver 43L from the upper side to press the punch tip 39 in the lower punch driver 43L by the lower end and tension is imparted to the screw member 55 by bringing the upper end surface of the lower punch driver 43L into contact with the lower end surface of the upper punch driver 43U.
