PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deposition source and to provide a method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting device. SOLUTION: The deposition source includes a heat source, a heat transfer plate which is arranged on the heat source and receives the heat generated by and transferred from the heat source, and a planarization layer which is arranged on the heat transfer plate so that a deposition material can be arranged, wherein the heat source is formed so as to supply more heat to the edge region of the heat transfer plate that surrounds a central region of the heat transfer plate than to the central region of the heat transfer plate.
