PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation carriage with steering wheels, which has a more simplified structure and improves such an operation as to depend on a front coupling member too much, in the carriage in heretofore known literature, provided with: four wheels provided therewith; and a pair of steering wheels provided in the center in the front and back running direction of the carriage, and having an endless belt wound therearound, wherein one steering wheel is operated by the front coupling member, while the other steering wheel is directed in the opposite direction of the one steering wheel direction so that: an inner circular difference is eliminated; turning in a narrow range is enabled; and the structure of the carriage having the steering wheels is simplified. SOLUTION: The transportation carriage is constituted of a pair of fixed wheels arranged in the carriage, and a pair of steering wheels arranged in a cross-shape with the pair of fixed wheels. The pair of steering wheels are provided with cam plates attached to respective bearings to face each other toward a right and left end direction, and a link rod is provided in an eccentric position to the center because the free ends of link rod coupling to the cam plates are pivoted to the free ends of the cam plate.
