PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it good enough to have a stopper on a platform only at one side and to enable a mounted object on the platform surface to be moved easily to a cabin floor side. SOLUTION: A lifter for a vehicle includes: the platform 20, which can be stored in a vehicle; the stopper 21 provided on the platform 20; and a movement mechanism 40, which moves the platform 20 between a vehicle side storage position and get-on/get-off position of the mounted object. The moving mechanism 40 is structured to enable the platform 20 to be inclined so that the platform surface 22 becomes lower at the stopper 21 side when the platform surface 22 is held horizontally at the storage position of the vehicle and the platform 20 is moved between the storage position and the get-on/get-off position.
