PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly heat-insulated mailbox provided on a building outer wall such as an entrance wall. SOLUTION: The mailbox includes a receiving box body 10 embedded in an opening 5 opened on the building outer wall. On the outdoor side of the receiving box body 10, an outer opening frame 18 and an inner opening frame 16 positioned on the indoor side of the outer opening frame 18 to form a double structure with the outer opening frame 18 are provided. The outer opening frame 18 has an outer feed port 6b, the inner opening frame 16 has an inner feed port 6a, and both feed ports 6a and 6b configure a posting port 6. The respective opening frames 16 and 18 are provided with lids 21 and 26 for opening and closing the feed ports 6a and 6b.
