PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lidded tray with a short moving distance of a lid member to an opening and with a small opening area as seen from the top while having the sufficient opening, capable of suppressing mixing of dust, etc. from above. SOLUTION: The lidded tray includes a tray body 1a and the lid member. The tray body 1a has a commodity storage space formed by enclosing and covering the left and right sides and rear and rear upper sides of a shallow tray, and has circular arc-shaped engagement grooves 6 on the inner surface of left and right side plates. The lid member includes a lid body 51 for closing an opening, and a lid side plate 52 extending downward from either side of the lid body 51 and having a first projection 71 projecting outward at the lower front end of the lid side plate 52 and a second projection 72 at the lower rear end of the lid side plate 52. The first projection 71 and second projection 72 are engaged with the engagement groove 6, and the lid member 5 is closed or opened between a closed position with the first projection 71 engaged with the front end of the engagement groove 6 and an opened position with the second projection 72 engaged with the rear end of the engagement groove 6.
