The present invention relates to an LED lighting apparatus having a block assembling structure in which various light distribution properties are easily designed and manufactured. The invention provides an LED lighting apparatus comprising: a housing body of which the lower part is opened, wherein a plurality of assembling holes are built on an assembling surface formed on the lateral side; a plurality of light source blocks which include a plurality of LED modules, an angle adjusting unit having a multistage inclined surface on which the LED modules are mounted, and a plurality of heat radiation pins equipped on the backside of the multistage inclined surface, wherein the plurality of light source blocks are coupled by being arranged in such a manner that each of the light source blocks realizes preset light distribution types in each assembling hole of the housing body; and a protecting cover which covers the lower part of the housing body.
