The oven (1) has four baking chambers (10) limited by a base (11), a cover (12), two side walls (13, 14), and sheathings (21-24). A rail (15) is provided along the side walls, where a set of sheathing segments is detachably fastened at the rail for forming two of the sheathings at the side walls. Multiple carriers are extended from one of the side walls to the other side wall and arranged at the base and the cover such that another set of sheathing segments is fastened to the carriage and forms the other two sheathings at the base and the cover. The segments are made of stone.
