The component has a spherical spindle (1) with a spiral rolling groove (11) at circumference. A sprocket chain has intermediate pieces, which are arranged between rolling bodies. Connecting strips are arranged along the sprocket chain. The strips are connected with the pieces at opposite points of the pieces so that a receiving space is formed between the pieces. The strips are engaged in two guiding channels, where the chain is guided and deflected by the guiding channels. The rolling bodies are provided in the receiving space and serves as a gear unit of the spindle and a nut (2).
