PURPOSE: A mat for blocking water vein and harmful electromagnetic wave is provided to be extensively applied to interior, exterior, and floor materials of a building, furniture, mattress, bedclothes, and the like. CONSTITUTION: A mat for blocking water vein and harmful electromagnetic wave comprises: non-woven fabric(100) which is formed by spun-boding polyester filament threads; foamed synthetic resin(300) which is prepared by foaming synthetic resin; an aluminum reflection sheet(400) which is formed in the bottom of the foamed synthetic resin and reflects the external heat; a metal powder layer(500) consisting of copper powder or silver powder; and a transparent coating layer(600) coated with polyester solution.
