PURPOSE: A method for constructing a ventilation duct using a sleeve as a duct structure is provided to reduce manufacturing costs because a fixing support member is not required. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing a ventilation duct using a sleeve as a duct structure is as follows. A construction hole(210) is formed by allowing a vertical rising pipe with a spiral duct to connect each layer. An anticorrosive member(400) is formed on the inner surface of the construction hole to prevent the outer surface of a sleeve(300) from being rusted. The top end of the sleeve is branched from bottom concrete(200). A flange(310) is installed in the top end of the sleeve. An additional joint pipe(600) is coupled to the bottom end of the sleeve.
