<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transdermal device and a method for manufacturing the transdermal device reusable with no risk of a skin rash caused by an adhesive. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of elastic granular materials 20 are stuck to a bottom 11 of a cloth part. The elastic granular material 20 includes plurality of holding means 21 holding effective component content bodies (not shown) inside, and an elastic base material 22 covering the plurality of holding means 21. The holding means 21 is structured to eject the effective component content bodies according to external pressure.
