PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that in a method for directly humidifying concrete block by a humidifying apparatus, live steam is jetted to cause dew condensation on the concrete block or to cause dropping of dew condensation produced in other place on the concrete to cause stain on the surface of the concrete block, and the deterioration in a curing chamber progresses, the corrosion of a rack placing a product pallet thereon is accelerated, and particularly staining on the surface of the concrete block has been a big problem from the view point of consumers for a landscape or for gardening in ordinary houses, which increases these days. SOLUTION: The method for producing a concrete product uses stiff-consistency concrete. In the method, the stiff-consistency concrete in which moisture needed for curing the concrete and moisture for vaporization are added and blended, is arranged in a heat-insulated curing chamber, the ambient temperature is adjusted to a prescribed temperature by a heater arranged in the curing chamber and the ambient humidity is adjusted to a prescribed humidity by vaporizing moisture for the vaporization to cure the concrete.
