<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide material more excellent in both of wear resistance and light transmitting property as compared to an oxide material that does not satisfy an atomic composition ratio of gallium, zinc and oxygen described below. <P>SOLUTION: The oxide material includes at least gallium, zinc and oxygen, in which a ratio of the number of atoms of zinc to the number of atoms of gallium (number of atoms of zinc/number of atoms of gallium) is from 0.01 to 0.6 and a ratio of the number of atoms of oxygen to the sum of the number of atoms of gallium and the number of atoms of zinc [number of atoms of oxygen/(number of atoms of gallium+number of atoms of zinc)] is from 1.0 to 1.6. The oxide material is useful particularly for a surface layer, a base coat layer, a charge transporting layer or the like of an electrophotographic photoreceptor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
