PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for a liquid spouting apparatus, which has no possibility of leaking a liquid remaining in the cartridge when the used-up cartridge is thrown away. SOLUTION: The cartridge for the liquid spouting apparatus includes: a bottom member 2 at the lower end; a ring member 3 at the upper end; and a barrel 4 both upper and lower ends of which are joined with the ring member 3 and the bottom member 2 and which is formed into a cylindrical shape with a flexible film made of a synthetic resin. The ring member 3 on the upper end includes: a cylindrical upper end supporting part 3a with the inner face of the upper end of the barrel part 4 overlapped on the outer face and joined to the barrel 4; a ring-shaped flange 3b integrally formed on the upper end of this upper end supporting part 3a, larger than the outer diameters of the upper end supporting part 3a and the barrel 4, and overhanging to the outside further than the barrel 4; and a receiving plate 3d at the center of which a hole 3c is formed on the lower end of the upper end supporting part 3a. While the liquid is stored in the cartridge 1 formed of the bottom member 2, the upper end ring member 3 and the barrel 4, a lid sheet 5 consisting of a synthetic resin film is joined on the upper face of the receiving plate 3d of the upper end ring member 3.
