PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device, a radio communication system, and a radio communication method. SOLUTION: A radio communication device includes: a plurality of leakage coaxes transmitting/receiving a radio signal; a detecting part detecting a difference between reception timings of the respective leakage coaxes of the radio signals transmitted from the other radio communication devices; and a transmission timing adjusting part adjusting the transmission timings of the radio signal transmitted from the respective leakage coaxes based on the difference between the reception timings detected by the detecting part.
