PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncombustible decorative sheet with sufficient heat and flame resistance attained by inhibiting a heat value and favorable bending performance while utilizing a resin based material. SOLUTION: The noncombustible decorative sheet comprises a surface layer and a noncombustible core layer where the surface layer material and the noncombustible core layer material are laminated. The surface layer material comprises resin containing a melamine resin which is carried on a side of a first face as a decorative surface of a surface layer substrate, and resin containing an urethane-acrylic resin which is carried on a side of a second face opposite to the decorative surface. The noncombustible core layer comprises a first aluminum layer, a noncombustible core layer material and a second aluminum layer laminated in this order where the noncombustible core layer material contains a thermosetting resin and an inorganic filler selected from an aluminum hydroxide, a magnesium hydroxide or a mixture silicon dioxide and alumina.
