PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair remover which produces less abnormal noise and cuts cleanly. SOLUTION: An outer blade 11 has a rounded part 11b bent from its side surface 11a and is bent toward its top 11c to from a shape covering one end of a cylindrical shape. A top cutting edge 11e and a side cutting edge 11f of the outer blade 11 are formed by a slit 11d extending from the top 11c toward the side surface 11a. An inner blade 21 has a top cutting edge 21a and a side cutting edge 21b corresponding to the top cutting edge 11e and the side cutting edge 11f of the outer blade 11. Hair (nose hair) is caught and cut between the straight side cutting edges 11f and 21b and the straight top cutting edges 11e and 21a of the outer blade 11 and the inner blade 21.
