The device (1) has a printed circuit board unit (3) comprising rigid printed circuit boards (4', 4'', 4'''), and LEDs contacting at the boards by perpendicular orientation of optical axes to the boards to form a preset light function. The boards are attached to an extension plane (E1). The boards are extended in the plane by forming tilting angles (alpha, beta, gamma) to a main radiation direction (H) of the device. Direction-correction light guiding elements (7', 7'', 7''') are upstream to the LEDs in such a manner that light emitted from the LEDs is deflected in the main direction.
