摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for collecting/utilizing complaint information enabling an enterprise to preferentially and automatically select significant complaints. <P>SOLUTION: A WEB server includes: a complaint reception means for receiving a complaint from a consumer terminal which has performed member registration; an addition means for applying to the complaint a count value corresponding to the rank of the consumer terminal of the consumer and for, when the complaint is new, newly registering it, and for, when there exists the similar complaint, adding the count value; a transmission means for, when receiving an information provision request from an enterprise side computer, creating the list of complaints in the order of the significant complaint whose count value is high about a complaint related to the enterprise and for transmitting mail to the enterprise side computer; an addition means for, when receiving evaluation for each complaint from the enterprise side computer, adding pay points to the consumer terminal according to the evaluation; and an updating means for updating the consumer terminal to the rank corresponding to the order of the consumer terminal whose number of points is high by prescribed period units. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
