<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to temporarily use an image forming apparatus having a user authentication function. <P>SOLUTION: A regular authentication database 105 stores regular authentication data 7b which is an identifier registered according to an operation by a manager. A temporary authentication database 106 stores temporary authentication data 7c which is an identifier of a user who temporarily uses the image processor 1. When the identifier corresponding to an input user identifier 7a received from a terminal is not stored in any of the regular authentication database 105 and the temporary authentication database 106, an authentication data registration determination processing part 107 stores the identifier corresponding to the input user identifier 7a in the temporary authentication database 106 as the temporary authentication data 7c, and when it is stored in any of them, authenticates the user who has transmitted the input user identifier 7a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
