<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that dramatically improves visibility of an image displayed on a screen when ambient brightness considerably changes like day and night outside, or illuminance around the screen is uneven due to being a shadow area or light of vehicles or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: an illuminance sensors 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d that detect illuminance around a casing of the image forming apparatus; a detected illuminance decision unit 41 that converts into data equivalent to the detected illuminance; a clock 9 that detected time; two light sources 31a and 31b; a light source control unit 37 that controls the light sources; and a microcomputer 42 that provides information of image illuminance of the apparatus to be targeted to the light source unit 37 based on results of the detected illuminance decision unit 41 and the clock 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
