<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheave device that accommodates an angle change of a wire while preventing a hand or work clothes or the like from being pinched between a sheave and the wire. <P>SOLUTION: The sheave device 1 includes: a sheave 10 having a wire groove 11 on the outer periphery; a suspension tool 13 for freely rotatably supporting the center axis 12 of the sheave 10; and each safety cover 20.
