METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ORGANIC ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND ORGANIC ELECTRONIC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an organic electronic device using a precursor with a leaving group capable of obtaining an excellent characteristic organic electronic device by converting a film of the precursor into an organic film with various functions even if a heat-resistant temperature of a used support substrate is low.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an organic electronic device includes steps of: forming a thin film containing the precursor as a component on the support substrate; and post-treating the thin film in which the precursor is a compound having a group such as a group represented by a formula (I), and the post-treatment of the thin film in the post-treatment step is carried out under the presence of an acid or a base.
