PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording head capable of suppressing printing blur and a recorder. SOLUTION: A spacer particle 19 coming into contact with a head base body 10 and a radiator 40 with a predetermined gap in the arrangement direction of heating elements 13a is arranged in at least one of an adhesive layer 16 and a double-sided tape 17. The diameter of the spacer particle 19 in the central part in the arrangement direction of the heating elements 13a is larger than the diameter of the spacer particle 19 at both ends in the arrangement direction of the heating elements 13a.
