PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative analysis method based on immunoassay capable of speedily quantifying a substance to be detected such as antigens and antibodies at high sensitivity. SOLUTION: The quantitative analysis method using a detecting cartridge includes: a step of obtaining an immunological aggregate by associating a molecule recognizing reagent-binding stimuli-responsive liposome, which has a stimuli-responsive liposome with metal nanoparticles therein and a molecule recognizing reagent supported at surface of the stimuli-responsive liposome and immunologically binding with the substance to be detected, and the substance to be detected; a step of condensing the aggregate at a condensing part; a step of destroying the stimuli-responsive liposome by applying a certain stimulation between from the condensing part and a detecting part, releasing and dissolving the metal nanoparticles to form a metal ion; and a step of detecting a concentration of the metal ion at the detecting part and determining the concentration of the substance to be detected in relation to the concentration of the metal ion.
