PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically control architecture switching or a circuit constant in response to a signal from the outside in accordance with an application for a resolution or a conversion speed and to simultaneously perform conversion processing on a plurality of signal inputs. SOLUTION: The pipelined analog/digital conversion apparatus is constituted of: a switch which is connected to an input terminal of each of pipelined stages and selects whether to connect to an output terminal of a prestage pipelined stage or to an external signal input; a reconfiguration control logic unit which generates a signal for controlling the switch and a signal for reconfiguring a pipelined stage to be operated, in response to a control signal from the outside; and a data processing logic unit for outputting an output digital signal by adding sub digital outputs from pipelined stages according to predetermined rules.
