PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a coil wound body and a motor wherein break and damage are less prone to occur in a coil wire even when the coil wire is routed up to a pin-shaped terminal erected at a terminal block part provided with a circuit board receiving face and then the circuit board is so arranged that it overlaps with the circuit board receiving face. SOLUTION: In a first coil wound body 11 of a motor, a first leading-out portion 110b is passed under the circuit board receiving face 122a and routed up to the base of a first pin-shaped terminal 123. Any part thereof is not lifted from the terminal block part 122 over the circuit board receiving face 122a. The first leading-out portion 110b does not run through a position where it overlaps with the outside of the circuit board receiving face 122a in the radial direction. Therefore, even when the circuit board 10 is placed on the circuit board receiving face 122a of the terminal block part 122, the first leading-out portion 110b is not sandwiched between the circuit board 10 and the circuit board receiving face 122a.
