PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail transmission system which can reduce erroneous transmission of an electronic mail. SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus is provided with an electronic mail receiving module from a terminal, a control table on which sending-out control contents to the electronic mail corresponding to a pair of calling subscriber information and called subscriber information on the electronic mail are established, and a control module which determines whether the pair of calling subscriber information and called subscriber information on the electronic mail received by the electronic mail receiving module is contained in the control table. When the pair is contained in the control table and sending-out information to the pair is for suspension of the electronic mail, sending-out to a mail delivery device of the electronic mail is suspended and stored in a suspending electronic mail memory, and when the pair is contained in the control table and sending-out information to the pair is for sending-out of the electronic mail, the electronic mail is immediately sent out to the mail delivery device, and when it is determined that any pair is not contained in the control table, processing the electronic mail is performed according to a predetermined initial setting operation.
