PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform envelope detection while achieving a differential output. SOLUTION: This semiconductor integrated circuit device inputs a differential signal, the gain of which is adjusted so as not to negate beat components of the differential signal to the gates of field effect transistors M1 and M2 while driving the sources of the field effect transistors M1 and M2 with a signal having the same frequency component as that of a differential signal having two or more frequency components.
