PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide container conveying equipment that conveys a container to a container conveying unit by letting a conveying support project toward front from the backward of the container while the container conveying unit can place and support the container while being positioned with high accuracy. SOLUTION: In the container conveying equipment, a conveying side backward pin support 32R for supporting a conveying side backward pin 34R is provided at a position different from that of a conveying side backward pin 24R of a conveying support 20 which is transported at a downward position in the horizontal direction of the container while the support is extended downward from the conveying side backward pin 34R. A transporting and detaching gap G1 where the conveying side backward pin support 32R can be detached from the conveying support 20 when transportation at the downward position is formed in the conveying support 20. A hoisting and detaching gap G2 where the conveying side backward pin 34R and the conveying side backward pin support 32R can be detached from the conveying support 20 when hoisting while the support is positioned at a protruded position P1 is formed.
