PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting structure of a portable equipment capable of achieving cost reduction and a variety of the design. SOLUTION: The light-emitting structure of the mobile device includes: a light source 10 built in a mobile phone and irradiating light beams; a light-transmitting light guide layer 20 which guides the light beams irradiated from this light source 10 to the interior thereof; and a plurality of operating patterns 30 formed in this light guide layer 20 and emitting light by the guided light beams. The light source 10 is made to have a white LED 11 to irradiate artificial light onto the peripheral face of the light guide layer 20, and a UV-LED 12 to irradiate the near-ultraviolet light onto the peripheral face of the light guide layer 20. Moreover, the plurality of the operating patterns 30 are respectively formed by a coating composition in which the coloring of pigment is changed according to natural light, artificial light, or near-ultraviolet light. Numerous LEDs are not required to be used, thereby cost reduction can be achieved. Moreover, the operating patterns 30 are formed of the coating composition in which the coloring of the pigment is changed according to the natural light, the artificial light, or the near-ultraviolet light, thereby the light-emitting color can be made to have various color tones.
