PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience in the visceral fat measurement diagnosis in a medical facility. SOLUTION: A control unit 31 of a PACS 30 updates a visceral fat measurement target determining table 353 based on added information included in DICOM image data stored in a storage unit 35 in cooperation with a visceral fat measurement target determining program 352. The control unit 31 refers to the visceral fat measurement target determining table 353 and determines whether or not the DICOM image data stored in the storage unit 35 should be a target for the visceral fat measurement. The control unit 31 transmits the DICOM image data determined as the target for the visceral fat measurement to a visceral fat measuring device via a communication unit 34.
