The system has a hydrogen dosing device (8) arranged for dosing a hydrogen from a region, in which a medium i.e. hydrogen, has a pressure, predetermined mass flow and another pressure below the former pressure. The dosing device exhibits clock-controlled valve units (18, 19), and a flow path (21) is provided in a region of the valve units. The flow path allows a leakage flow in closed condition of the valve units. A blind (22) with predetermined flowable cross section is arranged in the flow path.
