The package has a sleeve (20) made of a moisture-proof flexible film (22) and formed into a tube (24), where the tube is closed at both ends. A tubular covering is located outside the sleeve and formed from film material i.e. paper, where the film material includes a printable surface. The covering is permanently adhered to the sleeve and covers 80 percent of a surface of the sleeve. The sleeve includes a neutral surface without information at an outer side, or the flexible film includes a surface that is not printable.
