摘要 <p>The sensor has a coated external plate (4) transparent for laser light that is generated by a laser i.e. laser diode. The laser is arranged opposite to the plate so that the light of the laser is partially reflected by the plate into the laser. The plate is coated with a sensitive layer (5) that reacts with analytes to be detected so that optical thickness of the sensitive layer is changed by reaction based on surface distribution of the layer with the analytes. The plate is made of glass, and the layer is comprised of aluminosilicate, mobile crystalline material or carbon nanotubes. The laser is formed by a laser-active material and partially-mirrored mirrors. The sensitive layer is comprised of aluminosilicate, mobile crystalline material or carbon nanotubes.</p>
