The device has a flexible tube (2) provided in contact with a nose-upper lip region through a connecting adapter (1) by disposable sheets (4). The flexible tube comprises a diameter extension part (3) in the nose-upper lip region. The disposable sheets are fixed in the nose-upper lip region. The flexible tube consists of a T-fitting unit (5) and a multi-way valve (7) above a bypass (8), where the multi-way valve is operated or controlled by a hand of a user. A hot water producer (9) is provided in the bypass.
