PURPOSE: A ventilation apparatus integrated with a wall type toilet bowl using a heating line and an installation structure thereof are provided to supply heated outdoor air to an indoor space. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation apparatus integrated with a wall type toilet bowl using a heating line comprises vertical frames(100), a water supply tank(200), and a heat exchange air circulator(10). A toilet bowl is installed in the vertical frames. The heat exchange air circulator is installed in the vertical frames at the upper space of the water supply tank. And the heat exchange air circulator supplies outdoor air to the inside and discharges indoor air to the outside. The heat exchange air circulator has a heat exchanging element(20), an outdoor air passage(30), an indoor air passage(40), an indoor air circulation passage, and a discharge passage(60). A heat exchanging coil(81) of a hot water pipe(80) is installed in the indoor air passage. When outdoor air passing through the heat exchanging element passes through the indoor air passage, the outdoor air is supplied to the inside.
