<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delete a resource part at an appropriate timing. <P>SOLUTION: When plotting data for six pages are generated according to double-sided printing or reverse order printing, a printer executes the following processing. That is, the printer determines a new timing (M=5) at which a compressed image part (image1 or the like) as the object of deletion should be deleted by analyzing PDL (Page Description Language) data (XPS data).
