<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross flow fan achieving an input reduction and a noise reduction by uniformizing a wind speed distribution in the fan axial direction in an air duct outlet and reducing separation on the suction side of the fan, and a blower and an air conditioner using the cross flow fan. <P>SOLUTION: This cross flow fan includes: a plurality of annular rings rotatably arranged in the oblong air duct and provided substantially in parallel to each other; and a plurality of circular cross-sectional blades radially provided between the adjacent rings of the plurality of annular rings.
