<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact reactor excelling in productivity and radiation performance. <P>SOLUTION: This reactor 1αincludes: a coil obtained by spirally winding a winding wire 2w; and a magnetic core 3 having an inner core portion inserted in the coil and an outer core portion 32 coupled to the inner core portion, wherein both the core portions form a closed magnetic circuit. The outer periphery of the coil is covered with an inner resin portion 4, to form a coil forming body 20αwherein the shape of the coil is maintained. The outer periphery of a combined body 10 of the coil forming body 20αand the magnetic core 3 is covered with an outer resin portion 5α. The reactor 1αhas no casing, and is compact. An installation-side surface (core installation surface 32d) of the outer core portion 32 is exposed from the outer resin portion 5αand, accordingly, can directly contact a fixation object, whereby the radiation performance of the reactor is excellent. When the reactor 1αis assembled, the coil can be easily handled because of having the coil forming body 20α, and the productivity of the reactor is excellent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
