<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque rod enhancing the strength of an outer cylinder of a bush, and reducing yields. <P>SOLUTION: A large diameter bush 5 and a small diameter bush 6 each having an inner cylinder 2 and an outer cylinder 7 or 8, that are mutually vertical in their axial directions, are mutually connected by a connecting member 4.
