PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from repeating an authenticating action for every electronic lock while enhancing its security property. SOLUTION: Each reading device 3 reads individual recognition information from an authentication key 2. The authentication part 62 of a management device 6 analyzes the individual recognition information read with the reading device 3 to execute individual authentication. After the execution of the individual authentication, the authentication part 62 outputs the authenticated result to a control unit 63. The control unit 63 receives a detected result of each detecting device 4. Then, the control unit 63 uses a corresponding table of a storage device 5 to determine an electric lock 1 to be unlocked corresponding to the combination of the individual recognition information, the reading device 3 reading the individual recognition information and the detected results of each detecting device 4. Then, an unlocking signal is transmitted from the management device 6 to the electric lock 1 to be unlocked.
