PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed illumination control system capable of facilitating setting and control of a mounting location of each dimming board. SOLUTION: In the distributed illumination control system, a communication network is constituted with a plurality of dimming boards 20 where different addresses are respectively assigned, and a central control device 10 for output of dimming signals to the dimming boards 20 as well as signal wires L1, L2 and a splitter 30. Each dimming board 20 is mounted on each mounting unit 41 arranged on a ceiling and wall surfaces of a stage as a lighting space together with a luminaire 50 provided by each of a plurality of batons 40. When the dimming board 20 is mounted, the central control device 10 transmits to the dimming board 20 a list of the batons 40 and the mounting units 41 (baton list file F1) capable of mounting the dimming board 20. A user selects the batons 40 and the mounting units 41 where the dimming board 20 is mounted by operating an operation input unit 22 while the user confirms display of a display unit 23 arranged on the dimming board 20.
